Carrot Cake Recipe

1 cup flour
1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of grated carrots
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Bake 350F in 30 minutes.
