Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 fully ripe bananas
1 cup fresh milk
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 egg
Procedure
1. In a mixing bowl mashed banana using fork. Then add milk, melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar and egg. Mix well using wire whisk or hand mixer if available.
2. Add baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add flour on the mixture one at a time and mix batter until well combined.
3. Grease each cupcake mold with melted butter. Then pour-in mixture on each mold. Transfer it to the steamer.
4. Put steamer on top of a pot with boiling water. Steam banana cupcakes on high heat for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from steamer and let it cool.
