Empanada

For the dough 2 1/2 cup plain flour 1/2 cup water 1 tsp vinegar I used apple cider 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt For the Empanada Filling 1 large onion 3 small medium carrots 2 medium size potato 1/2 head of garlic about 1 1/2 tbsp 50 g butter 1-1 1/2 tbsp flour salt to taste pepper to taste 1 1/2 stalk of celery 3 hard boiled egg
