2 cups washed uncooked rice
2 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1-14 oz can coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
baking molders
banana leaves
steamer
Procedure
1. Wash the rice with water twice
2. Pour the 1 can of coconut milk
3. Soak it for 2 hrs
4.While rice is soaking rinse the banana leaves and dry it with kitchen towel or paper towel and cut it into 7 inches wide put it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
5. Cut it into a circle shape to that it will fit into the baking mold. Line each mold with banana leaves
6. Puree the rice using a blender( i use nutribullet)
7. Pour half of the soaked rice into a blender and add the half of the sugar,1 egg puree it until the mixture become smooth
8. Do the rest of the soaked rice then add the remaining ingredients.baking powder, egg, sugar, and the salt
9. Pour 1/2 cup of the mixture into the mold.steam it for 15 minutes.
10.After 15 minutes switch the layers of the steamer if using 2 layers after switching steam for another 10 minutes.If you only using 1layer of steamer, just steam it for 20 minutes.

Sa isang kilong bigas,hugasan ito at ibabad sa tubig ng 4 hours para medyu lumambot, pagka tapus mong ibabad, itapun mo yung tubig na pinag babadan ng bigas at palitan ito ng gata oh coconut milk 2pcs na ninyog ang gamit ko dito, haluin ito, pagka tapus mag lagay sa blender ng at least 2 cups at e blend eto hanggang sa maging smooth nayung texture nya,after mong ma blend lahat lagyan ng 2pcs eggs, 1/4 sugar, 1/4 table spoon of salt, 2 table spoon of yeast, at e mix mong mabuti, after mong ma mix chill at least 3 hours para umalsa after 3 hours, e steam muna ito ng 15 to 25 minutes then ready to serve.

1/2 Granulated sugar

1.cook the coconut milk in the sauce pan let it boil for about 20 minutes stirring constantly
2.after cooking the coconut milk pour it to the washed rice and it it soak for 1 hr.
4.while the rice is soaking lets cut the banana leaves.cut each of them into a circle shape then, lined it to the baking molds.
5.after 1 hr. puree the rice in a blender until smooth consistency. you also gonna add some of the
ingredients too while in the blender.(you can check my video)
6.Divide you batter into the mold you line with banana leaves
7.Broil it in low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until the top get golden brown.
8.after broiling turn your oven on into 350 degrees and bake it for 30 minutes or when toothpick inserted comes out cleaned.

1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 large eggs
500 grams or 4 cups all purpose flour
500 grams or 2 1/2 dark brown sugar
20 grams or 1.32 tbsp or 4 tsp powdered milk
1 cup young coconut for toppings/macapuno (optional)
Procedure.
1) Line your baking molds with banana leaves or if you don't have banana leaves you can use parchment paper.
2) Preheat your oven 375 degrees
3) In a big bowl combine your eggs and brown sugar. mix it using wire whisk. Add in the oil, water and evaporated milk and whisk until the sugar has dissolve.
4)Combine all dry ingredients starting with baking powder, powdered milk and baking soda mix using a spatula.
5) Now, add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. mix using a wire whisk until lumps free.
6)Pour 3/4 full of the batter to your lined molds and bake it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take out and add in the macapuno/buko toppings then put it back in and bake it for another 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Bingka Bisaya with Latik
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups rice flour
2 cans coconut milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup cooked rice, put in a blender with 2/3 cup of coconut milk
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 tsp yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil or any cooking oil
Wilted banana leaf, cut in circles
( All in all I used 2 cans of coconut milk)
For Latik or toppings:
Remaining coconut milk from batter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
